The ponds in our neighborhood are for Boulder Ridge homeowners and their guests only. Swimming is not permitted. Boaters must wear PFDs. Trolling motors only. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. Violators are subject to fines. If you see any violation of these rules, please email the rules committee.
