Closing Letters

Realtors and Closing Agents:

To obtain a closing letter, PLEASE EMAIL Treasurer@boulderridgehoa.com at least 5 business days in advance of the closing date with the following information: Seller Name, Buyer Name, Property Address, Closing Date. Closing letters will not be issued until this information is provided.
